Import–Export Trading →How our export process works
A clear step-by-step approach helps to align expectations, documents and timelines before cargo is moved to the port.
Buyer sends an enquiry by email with product details, approximate quantities, destination country, target timelines and Incoterms preference.
We share a basic offer including product specification options, indicative pricing, minimum order quantity (MOQ) and production / shipment lead time.
Where needed, samples or photos are shared for approval. Once terms are agreed, we confirm the order and finalize documentation instructions.
Goods are produced or collected from approved sources. Quality checks are done as per agreed standards, before packing for export.
HS codes, packing list, commercial invoice and other required documents are prepared and shared for buyer review when needed.
Cargo is moved to port, loaded as per the chosen Incoterm and handover is completed with documents submitted to bank or directly to buyer as applicable.
We remain available for follow-up support related to shipment status, documentation updates and future order planning.
The goal is to build continuity — with regular orders, seasonal programs and new product development based on buyer feedback.
